Each bathtub is individually crated in our heavy duty shipping boxes to assure it's arrival to your destination in perfect condition. Our special package prevents damage even in the most undesirable conditions.

The average soaking bathtub or shower pan weighs 170 pounds
Two people should be available to receive the delivery
You can request a lift gate truck but it will increase the shipping cost
All packaging should be inspected before signing off on the delivery with the common carrier
The delivery should be refused if it is damaged
You should call Izzi right away if you discover damage so we can immediately ship you a replacement.
